 DAY 1: Friday

  • 5 -7 pm Check in 
  • 8:00 pm Custom-Crafted Dinner From Our Private Chef 
  • 9:30 pm Fireplace Group Gathering - Introduction

        DAY 2: Saturday,

Juice bar (available right before nature walk)  - Detox drink to jump-start your metabolism and help digestion: Warm water +Lemon + Cayenne paper/ Green Juice

  • 7:30 Meditative "Connect to Your Inner Self" Nature Walk
  • 8 :15 Breakfast  
  • 9:30 – 11:30 am Morning Yoga
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm Gourmet Buffet Style Lunch
  • Spa treatments (order from the menu)/Time to your-self: jacuzzi, reading
  • 2:00 - 4:30 pm Hiking to the Monument Mountain/ Spa Time/Time to your-self
  • 5:00 - 7:00 pm Evening Yoga
  • 8:00 pm Custom-Crafted Dinner From Our Private Chef  
  • 9:30 pm Group Gathering - Wellness Discussion    

DAY 3: Sunday
