Start Your Day: Discover You Meditation, 3 Personal Affirmations (5 times each), Green Juice
Day 6 of Clean Food Diet (Free from processed sugar, processed food, white bread, dairy, meat, coffee and alcohol). Tomorrow is a cheat day! Yay - take it easy :-)

Assignments for today:
1:1 Calls time - Questions, Concerns, Fears, Challenges - about your physical practice, meditation, diet and emotional well-being.
Take a piece of paper and write down at list 10 fears around your physical body and yourself that prevents you from being where you want to be physically and emotionally (Examples: what if I fail, what if I change my friends/family/society won’t accept me anymore, what if I have bad metabolism by nature, what if I get injured, what if people will lough at me, what if I ..). Once you finished feel all those fears and at the end of the list write down and feel it in your body while writing - Those Are Just My Fears!!! and burn the paper or rip it apart and throw away. Write down your thoughts and emotions about the exercise and share with me and buddy.
Detox and Self-Care Day (Today or Sunday) organize for yourself - Infrared Sauna/Regular Sauna/ Massage/ Bath with natural salts, oils or Epsom salt. It is very important to do in order to restore your body after exercises and help eliminate toxins from prior diets, environmental and from exercise as well, My favorite part! I do it every other week!
