WEEK 2 - “ACCEPTANCE WEEK” - DAY 1

 Welcome to Your Week 2, unconditional self-love and “Acceptance Week” of the Ageless Body Program! Hope you had a great Sunday and enjoyed your “little” cheat day. Now Get Excited! This week is a week about loving and accepting you! This week you will transform your body further and more importantly your attitude in your mind towards you! Why more importantly ? Because EVERYTHING we do, have in our lives, even how we look, smile, interact with people, what we capable of doing (for the most part)- starts from our inner world - our MIND, how we view ourselves, what we think about ourselves - our self- talk, how we feel about ourselves and our deep believes about ourselves! Be open, stay curious, dedicated and get excited for your own transformation! Good luck!


Start your day with the new for this week Accept Yourself Meditation, Green Juice and 3 Affirmations (say outload at list 5 times each before or after brushing your teeth - look in your eyes and say with confidence and change intonations)

Keep it up with your last week of Clean Food Diet. Plan your meals in advance and have healthy veggie snacks with you in case you hungry and there is no place around to buy something healthy. One more week! Hope you start feeling changes in your body and the way you feel.
