Start your day with this week “Direct Your Mind - Change Your Body” Meditation
Green Juice is optional this week (I invite you to keep going with it, if you enjoyed the results) and 3 Affirmations (definitely keep going with those, it takes 21 days for you to form a new habit and form a new belief within you.
Keep your diet clean and healthy if you enjoyed the changes in your body and mood within last two weeks.
Assignments for today:
Practice this Hip Opening Yoga Class any time of the day on empty stomach.
Write down at list 20 characteristics about yourself why you are proud of you, empowered and you can do anything! (email it to me and share with your buddy)
