Kristina Shultsayte, Founder, 500HRs Certified Yoga Guide, Intuitive Eating and Emotional Intelligence Mentor , Tony Robbins Leadership Academy Graduate

My wellness journey started in my childhood. My mom, who received traditional medical education, deeply believed in non-traditional medicine, which she studied in depth. She introduced me to herbal medicine and reiki, taught about the importance of being in-tuned with my body, practice intuitive eating and, most importantly, how to stay vital and healthy. Proper diet, exercise, connection to nature, yourself and emotional happiness are the major keys to vitality and youth at any age. I received Master’s Degree in Global Affairs from New York University and my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. I worked in a corporate events and tourism world for about 10 years. Though it was a great experience, my life path led me to a career in wellness. In my childhood, I experienced physical and emotional abuse and my immune system was always sensitive, so I had to take care of myself to stay healthy physically and emotionally. I started to practice yoga more then 10 years ago and it changed my life. Yoga made me a better version of myself, both physically and emotionally. In 2016 I got my 200HR yoga teacher training at Exhale NY and in 2018 I got my 500HR training from Jared McCann at Lighthouse yoga school. I also graduated from Tony Robbins Mastery University and Leadership Academy on phycology of self-development, healthy eating and emotional intelligence. Personal practice and success along with vast education in mind and body wellness, gave me the confidence to consider myself an expert in physical and emotional well-being. I am passionate in sharing the tools to get to your best version in body and mind at our online programs, one on one sessions and our in person yoga retreats. Feel free to e-mail with any questions. I am excited to see you at In Light Yoga Retreats, online or in person! My Instagram: kristina_inlight. Enjoy my promo video here.

I hail from Guyana, in the Caribbean, where I learned to value nature and develop a deep connection and love for the outdoors. I am a very motivated person, and I strive to live a healthier life by eating well and exercising regularly. I was introduced to yoga by Kristina. I took her class and instantly fell in love with the practice, which allowed me to explore new ways of mental and physical well-being. I started to practice regularly in group classes and on my own. Yoga makes me feel centered and focused. I live a more productive and balanced lifestyle with a greater work ethic. As a result, when an exciting opportunity opened to work with Kristina, I was delighted and eager to become a part of her team, invest in and expand my knowledge on wellness and live the lifestyle of a yogi.

Bee Bosnak, Yoga Guide And A Healer
Bee Bosnak, Yoga Guide And A Healer

I found yoga by going to a pranayama class in the hopes of healing my chronic asthma from birth. With the techniques I learned, I was able to use these tools to eventually shift my central nervous system to a place that no longer felt trapped, caged or stuck, but rather, a new found place of ease, freedom and harmony. The more I started showing up for myself from a place of authenticity, the more I healed. Not only was I breathing consciously, but I started living consciously. Yoga showed me a way to take all my broken pieces and make them beautiful. Teaching since 2011, my goal is to give you the tools you need so that you too, can heal yourself. I use the physical body as a medium to the only thing that this practice is invested in; the ability and the art of letting go. My trainings include: 200hrs Core Power Yoga (Sarah Goble), 500hrs The Kaivalya Yoga Method (Alanna Kaivalya), 25hrs Yoga Medicine (Tiffany Cruikshank), 25hrs Core Strength Vinyasa (Sadie Nardini). My meditation trainings include The Power of Awareness (Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield) as well as being a dedicated Vipassana meditator in the lineage of S.N. Goenka.

Hava Rose, Wellness Chef

Hi! My name is Hava, and I am a Philadelphia-based health enthusiast. In my hometown, I am not only a mobile chiropractor, but I am a nutrition mentor, well versed athlete, health blogger and a creator of a Hava's Hand Baked. An opportunity to shed light where others see darkness and helping others in their health journey is something I love to do with each of my days. Aside from my world of health I love to travel, dance, get outdoors, spend time with my dog Macy and my remaining time in the kitchen, my favorite place. Nutrition has been my huge passion and I continuously educate myself and developed countless recipes. Having had experience with many different dietary methods such as paleo diet, vegetarianism, pescatarianism and juice centric nutrition, I have found a plant-based, vegan fueling method to be the most optimal for fitness requirements and, most importantly, overall health. My philosophy of health is as follows. 'Healthy living is eating well, moving daily, hydrating often, sleeping a lot and loving your body. When you start eating food without labels you no longer need to count calories. When you start making movement part of everyday routine you no longer need to see the scale. Health is not a measure of numbers. Health is not about the weight you lose. Health is about the life you gain.' I am excited to share this opportunity with you all and look forward to nourishing all of you beautiful souls. Please feel free to follow along on my life adventures through Instagram @hava.rose.

Yoga is a part of every aspect of my everyday life. I have been practicing and teaching it for 16 years. Yoga allows me to connect to my own true self, feel centered, be a better person and understand my own body. I mostly teach at the Equinox Fitness clubs in Manhattan. I present my own unique blend of vinyasa yoga to my students allowing them to get the most out of this ancient knowledge. My classes are great for all levels and are characterized as a gradual spiraling of various asana pieces that culminate in one or more poses specifically targeted towards invigorating, healing and balancing energies in the body and mind to feel purified and toned.

Irena Shultsayte, Reiki Master And A Theta Healer

Reiki has been part of my family for many years. My mom and my aunt introduced it to me when I was a teenager. If I was sick, had lack of energy or was just stressed, my mom would lay her hands on my body and let the pure energy of Reiki to heal me. I was amazed by the powerful and yet gentle and purifying Reiki energy. I got motivated to learn how to channel it to myself and others. In 2011 I went through a training and got my certification as a Reiki master.

The healing benefits of Reiki include, but not limited to: reducing stress, strengthening the immune system, easing pain and physical discomfort, balancing and harmonizing emotions, enhancing mental clarity and creativity, facilitating personal and spiritual growth. Thank you for reading my short Bio. I cannot wait to meet you in person at one of my healing sessions.

Benjamin T Corbett LMT, HHP, Massage Therapist
Benjamin T Corbett LMT, HHP, Massage Therapist

was introduced to massage therapy early on in life. As a child, I was raised in a spiritual community in India. The community engaged in regular group meditation and therapy of different kinds, as well as individual therapeutic encounters, including psychotherapy, body work, etc. There was no formal education, so my early childhood was very unstructured and organic. I have fond memories of these early years , which helped inform my own spiritual journey.

I worked mostly in the service and landscape gardening industries and was often suffering from low back, shoulder and neck pain, not to mention the normal aches and pains. I sought out massage to ease my muscle pain and found it to be supportive of proper movement and balance. Before long, I began to search out a massage school that would impart the skills and knowledge I felt would be necessary to educate others in order to effect the change their bodies needed.

I enrolled in a well-regarded school in San Diego, CA, which offered a program that would award me a massage license and a Holistic Health Practitioner certificate. I began practicing with over double the requirements and studies of the industry standard, including over 200 hours of anatomy and physiology, as well as practical knowledge of neuromuscular therapy, structural integration (or “rolfing”) myofascial release, the Trager method, craniosacral therapy and Shiatsu style Tui Na, an acupressure point and energy Meridian-based treatment.

I believe that we are more than our bodies and it is easiest to access the interface to affect change. We often train our bodies to hold imbalanced postures, which, in turn, affect our movement patterns. The result is restricted joint mobility, muscular strain and, ultimately, pain. My hope is to reverse these patterns in order to reduce these unwanted symptoms we all experience to some degree. When our bodies are pain-free and can move without restriction, it affects our whole being.
